Residents must have a working smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector in their unit and should have a fire extinguisher.

Residents may consider having a small manageable bag ready containing essentials, valuables, identification, medicine, cell phones in case of a prolonged evacuation

Residents please note that each floor has two interior water supply systems of fire hose cabinets. These are for exclusive use by firefighters. Our building also have portable fire extinguishers in these cabinets.
