As per the Condominium Bylaws for ECC 35, no pet that weighs in access of 20 lbs. shall be allowed to enter the building or be kept within any Unit.

For the safety of your dog and others, your dog must be carried in and out of the building at all times. This includes all common areas such as hallways, elevators, garage levels, mailroom, and the lobby.

 All pet owners must register their pets with the Victoria Park  Place registration forms are at the security desk.
